We're looking for a reliable and friendly Saturday Showroom & Cleaning Assistant to help keep our Norwich showroom clean, tidy and welcoming for customers. This role is primarily focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the showroom and communal areas, while also providing occasional customer service and administrative support when required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Cleaning and maintaining the showroom, offices, kitchen and communal areas
  • Ensuring displays and customer areas are presented to a high standard
  • Supporting the overall appearance and cleanliness of the showroom throughout the day
  • Greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment
  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages when required
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom
  • Helping with customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
