Be the welcoming face of our showroom. We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Showroom Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, and showroom support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys working with people while assisting to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
As the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, you'll create a professional and positive experience whilst providing essential administrative support to the wider team.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting customers and visitors to the showroom
- Answering incoming calls and responding to enquiries
- Managing showroom appointments and diaries
- Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting sales and operational teams with administrative tasks
- Assisting customers with basic product enquiries
- Ensuring the showroom remains clean, organised, and welcoming
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries where required
- General data entry, scanning, filing, and document management

- Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
