Norwich School is seeking to appoint an entrepreneurial and strategically minded Director of Enterprise to drive a step-change in income-generating opportunities right across the school's provision. Working closely with the Head and Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will develop existing and identify new commercial initiatives that strengthen the school's long-term financial resilience while enhancing its reputation and reach.
The role will work collaboratively with colleagues in several departments, including Marketing, Development, Admissions, Operations and Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially astute individual who will bring considerable experience from education or other sectors. Candidates will bring strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking and, through both leadership and their own actions, a proven ability to meet ambitious growth and contribution metrics.
