We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and develop our HR function, supporting a staff body of over 350 employees. This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Senior Management Team to shape and deliver a people strategy that enables the school to thrive.
The salary for this full time, permanent position is £58,000 per annum. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring excellence in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment law and safeguarding requirements, including Keeping Children Safe in Education.
The successful candidate will join a leading independent school at the heart of a vibrant educational community and be a confident HR leader with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships across the organisation, including with trade unions. You will bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
