Salary: £32,579 to £35,412 per annum
We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong interest in social housing to join our dynamic tenancy management team.
This is a meaningful opportunity to positively impact lives while gaining valuable experience in a fast based, supportive environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in housing or related field. You will use your knowledge of council policies and relevant legislation to provide tenants with advice and support, helping them sustain their tenancies and contribute to safe, well managed neighbourhoods.
These fixed term positions, based at City Hall, are available until April 2026.
Skills Required
- We would like to hear from you if you enjoy working with people to help them maintain a healthy tenancy and assist to resolve any housing issues. You will need to be able to build positive relationships with tenants, internal and external partners. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal sensitively with tenant who may be in difficult circumstances.
Educational Requirements
Applicants should be educated to a minimum A level standard.
