We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated member of staff to work full time on a dual contract as both a teaching assistant and teacher at Norwich High Prep School for Girls. A number of our current teaching assistants are either qualified teachers who also have a dual contract or teach as a UQT. We value the flexibility this gives our staff team and the opportunity it affords us to provide the best experience for our pupils.

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and experienced, with at least a Level 3 qualification or equivalent for the teaching assistant role. In this aspect of their role, they will be based across the Prep School supporting learners in class, running intervention groups and supervising pupils.
