Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individuals for conducting stadium tours at Carrow Road on a non‑matchday. This is an excellent role for someone who has a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a good knowledge of Norwich City Football Club. Successful candidates will get the opportunity to share the story of Norwich City with fellow passionate supporters.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Conduct stadium tours at Carrow Road, providing information around the various aspects of the stadium.
- Set up the stadium tour route before guests arrive, and pack down to ensure it returns to the original state.
- Present in front of a group of supporters, answering questions on the stadium tour.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided throughout all activities conducted.
