An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Women's Football department at Norwich City Football Club as Women's Football Operations Executive. This varied role will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the women's football environment, enabling players and staff to focus fully on performance. The successful candidate will coordinate football operations, administration, governance and compliance, matchday logistics, player services and team communications across the women's football programme. Working pattern: This is a 20-hour-per-week role and includes attendance at all women's team home matchdays. The usual working pattern will include Thursdays and either Mondays or Tuesdays, with some flexibility required to meet operational needs. Advance notice will be provided wherever possible, and time worked on matchdays will be managed within the contracted hours. Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage club secretarial duties, including post-match administration, referee payments and player discipline administration through the relevant FA systems.
- Maintain accurate player and staff records and support player onboarding and offboarding.
- Monitor league regulations, rules and policies, ensuring compliance with FA WNL, The FA and FIFA requirements.
- Maintain operational policies, procedures, risk assessments and standard operating procedure records.
- Coordinate team schedules, itineraries and communications with players, staff and relevant Club departments.
- Oversee club housing and act as the primary contact for players on operational matters.
- Coordinate home and away fixture logistics, including match information, coach travel and hotel arrangements, in line with agreed budgets and FA WNL timescales.
- Act as an operational point of contact on home matchdays, liaising with The Nest, match officials and visiting teams.
- Raise purchase orders, support FA WNL audit submissions and coordinate operational arrangements for player scans, surgeries and treatments.
- Attend league development days and support ad-hoc events and projects as required.

Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. - Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and relevant operational systems.
- The ability to work independently and plan and manage their own workload.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and clear, transparent communication.
- An FA safeguarding children certificate and satisfactory DBS clearance.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between Club sites; occasional van driving may be required.
