An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual to join the HR Department at Norwich City Football Club as HR & Scheduling Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and people skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent support to both colleagues and employees. The successful candidate will be part of a small, dedicated team, providing an efficient HR and scheduling service to over 300 casual workers employed across First Team matchdays and stadium events. The role plays a key part in ensuring staffing requirements are met, casual worker records are maintained, and workforce scheduling runs smoothly and effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR and administrative career within a dynamic and exciting football environment. Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the HR enquiries and recruitment inboxes, responding to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and administer recruitment and induction sessions, including interviewing and inducting casual workers on both an individual and group basis.
  • Ensure all casual workers provide the required right to work, DBS documentation and complete all new starter paperwork.
  • Process new starter documentation and arrange relevant training, ensuring all casual worker records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll information.
  • Utilise HR and Recruitment systems effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule casual staff for all stadium events, ensuring staffing requirements are met efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the casual workforce, providing clear and timely information.
  • Act at all times in a manner that reflects and supports the Club's values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent IT and systems skills, and a proactive approach to their work. They will be able to work efficiently within a busy team environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
