Norwich City Football Club is looking to add a committed and enthusiastic Football Coach to join our Player Development Centre in Horley, Surrey.
This role involves delivering structured weekly sessions to aspiring players aged 7 β 11, focusing on technical development and a positive, challenging environment that reflects the values of a professional academy.
Key Details
- Location: Horley (Friday evenings)
- Additional Hours: Potential Monday evenings at our Centre of Excellence (invite-only advanced group) for the right candidate
- Commitment: 1-3 hours per week during term-time (September to May)
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- FA Level 2 / UEFA C (minimum requirement)
- Up-to-date First Aid and Safeguarding certificates
- Valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with players aged 7β11 in a grassroots or academy setting
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and strong communication skills
- A desire to develop as a coach and contribute to a growing regional programme
