Norwich City Football Development is looking for passionate and committed coaches to work in our Girls Development Centres. You'll deliver high-quality sessions, inspire young players, and play a vital role in identifying talent for the Norwich City Women's pathway.
What You'll Do:

Deliver age-appropriate coaching for girls aged 6-16

Foster an environment that encourages confidence, skill development, and enjoyment

Work closely with coordinators to spot and recommend talented players

Promote the women's and girls' game in your local area
What We're Looking For:

FA Level 2 or UEFA C (UEFA Bpreferred)

FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)

Coaches who are passionate about female football development
