Help us shape the next generation of Norwich City players in Cambridgeshire. We’re looking for ambitious, passionate football coaches who want to deliver top-quality sessions, work within a professional structure, and be part of a pathway that has already seen many players progress to academy football.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, progressive and challenging sessions to players aged 7–16
- Follow our Norwich City Football Development Coaching Curriculum while bringing your own style and creativity
- Inspire players to develop technically, tactically, physically, and mentally
- Maintain strong communication with parents and Centre leads
- Identify and recommend talented players for progression along the Norwich City pathway
What We’re Looking For:
- UEFA C (or working towards) UEFA B licenced preferred but not essential.
- FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)
- A coach who thrives on improving young players and building relationships
- Reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm in every session
