To lead in the planning, management and deployment of the workforce across the Foundation.
Objectives
- To lead the planning and deployment of the workforce, including monthly and holiday planners, pre-planned and ad hoc/emergency cover.
- Work collaboratively with programmes leads to ensure sessions are adequately covered with the correct number and skilled staff.
- Work closely with all areas of the People Department to support with workforce development, talent identification and retention.
Knowledge, skills and experience - essential
- Previous experience working within an operational role.
- Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Ability to be adaptable and problem-solve.
- Ability to work flexibly out of hours when required.
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
- Knowledge of coaching, football or sporting provision.
- Experience of Line Management.
- Experience working within budgets.
