Role Summary: The purpose of the Youth Engagement Officer is to deliver high quality experiences through our Premier League Kicks and Onside programmes within the Great Yarmouth, Gorleston and Lowestoft areas.

Objectives:

  • To ensure the consistent delivery of excellent, inclusive services that drive meaningful outcomes across all projects.
  • To support the tracking of data & quality across all Inclusion projects.

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable:

  • Minimum Level 2 sports/coaching qualification.
  • Previous experience of youth work delivery.
  • Proven ability to engage and inspire participants from diverse backgrounds, including those from disadvantaged or hard-to-reach communities.
  • Awareness of the factors that contribute to vulnerability, such as mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence & homelessness.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety, safeguarding & Risk assessments.
  • Strong organisational skills and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM’s) including Salesforce.
