Role Summary:
The responsibility of the Residential and Events Manager is to support the development and growth of sports provision across our places.

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential
- Knowledge of sports industry including sports tours, padel and fitness
- Experience of planning and organising group actives
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences across multiple platforms
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
- Experience of collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
- Experience in hosting tours, events and residentials
- Experience of the Foundation’s programmes delivered at The Nest
- Experience managing budgets and monitoring expenditure
