About the Role

Join City College Norwich at an exciting time as part of our Registry team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive student data and funding service across the college. In this role, you’ll be responsible for capturing and maintaining accurate student records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the college in making complete and accurate funding claims. You’ll work with a large student database, interrogating data to ensure compliance and accuracy. You’ll also provide a professional, face-to-face service to a wide range of stakeholders, including students, academic staff, and external partners.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is qualified to at least Level 3.
  • Has experience working with complex databases and systems.
  • Possesses excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
  • Communicates effectively as part of a team and can confidently deal with face-to-face enquiries.
