0.8FTE 28.8 hours a week £33,550 - £40,073 per annum pro rata (£26,840 - £32,058 per annum actual amount). Due to area expansion, City College Norwich is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Childcare Lecturer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people (ages 16-19) and be committed to providing a high-quality learning experience.
You will be teaching a diverse range of students working at level 2 (with the possibility of teaching across the area from L1-T Level) as part of our Childcare team. As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering lessons
- Assessing student progress
- Providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative curriculum content
- Ensuring that the learning experience is both challenging and rewarding
- Course leadership responsibilities
