City College Norwich and Easton College, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, £24,705 – £26,823 per annum. We currently have vacancies at both our Ipswich Road and Easton sites. This is an exciting time to join our organisation and contribute to delivering a high-quality examinations service for our students and academic teams.
In this role, you will ensure that all examination and achievement administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. This includes:
- The booking and scheduling of assessments
- Preparation of exam materials
- Processing and claiming achievements
- Maintaining a large student database
- Analysing the data held within it
You will provide support to a wide range of customers, including students, academic staff and external stakeholders. The role is office-based, and you will work collaboratively as part of a busy and supportive team.
Applicants should be qualified to at least Level 3 and have experience of using complex databases and systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines are essential for success in this role.
