Estates and Facilities Administrator

30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

£22,553 – £23,034 per annum pro rata

Part-Time Estates and Facilities Administrator required to work at Easton College, 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Hours worked can be flexible over 4-5 days per week.

Role will provide Admin support to the Estates and Facilities Team in maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment at the Easton College site.

We are looking for a person with experience of working in a busy department who can interact with college staff, contractors and external organisations. Must be able to manage their time and deliver regular tasks. Data management and process system are used extensively in this role and requires a methodical and consistent approach.

Experience of work order management planned maintenance and financial systems is desirable, but training can be provided.
