Are you apassionate safeguarding professional committed to making a positive differencein the lives of young people?

We are seekingan experienced and highly motivated individual to join our Wellbeing and Safeguarding team andplay a key role in promoting the safety, wellbeing and success of our students.

The successfulcandidate will bring substantial experience in safeguarding and childprotection, ideally gained within a social work, education or related setting.You will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary Wellbeing team,providing support to students and, where appropriate, making referrals toChildren's and Adult Social Care and other specialist services.

This is anexciting opportunity for an exceptional communicator who thrives in partnershipworking. You will build strong relationships with colleagues, students andexternal agencies, taking a lead role in multi-agency working to ensure thebest possible outcomes for young people.

The rolerequires excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the abilityto manage a busy and varied caseload, maintain accurate records and coordinatesupport effectively. A keen eye for detail, sound professional judgement andthe ability to prioritise competing demands are essential.

Keyrequirements:

• Extensive experience insafeguarding and child protection.
• A relevant professionalqualification.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Experience of working effectivelywith multi-agency partners.
• Strong organisational skills andattention to detail.
• Confidence in managing sensitiveinformation and maintaining accurate records.
• A commitment to improving outcomesfor children, young people and vulnerable adults.

Please notethat some occasional evening work (for example a case where a referral has beenin progress during the day and runs on after 5pm) will be required as part ofthis role.
