Introduction

Norwich Business Improvement District Ltd is hiring a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your project management career and work closely with the team and business community while gaining hands-on experience.

What You'll Do

  • To assist with all aspects of the planning and delivery of NBID projects, including Norwich Food Week, Wine Week and Cocktail Week, Norwich Christmas Lights and business events
  • To support other key projects including events, festivals, street entertainment, VisitNorwich and other initiatives
  • The apprentice will support the wider Norwich BID team in delivering the objectives of the BID Business Plan and creating positive outcomes for businesses, residents and visitors
  • To assist with stakeholder engagement, including communicating with businesses, partners, suppliers, and community organisations to support successful project delivery
  • To support project administration and coordination, including maintaining project plans, arranging meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking actions and deadlines
  • To support with project monitoring and reporting including compiling reports, data, and evidence required by stakeholders, funders, and partner organisations
  • Maintaining and updating our databases (CRMs), such as ALERT crime system and Vicinity business portal, to support the organisation

Training Outcome

After successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the potential for a permanent position depending on conditions such as performance and business situation.

  • Essential - GCSE - 5 GCSE at grades 9-5 including Maths & English - 5+
