You will own the regional marketing engine across these markets. This includes defining strategy, managing investment, and delivering programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact. You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and regional market dynamics, ensuring marketing activity supports the success of every sales team and sub-region. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for someone who wants to own outcomes, influence strategy, and drive measurable business results. This role is hybrid: 3 days in our central London office. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Regional Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the integrated field marketing strategy for the UK & Ireland, Nordics, and Israel.
- Translate global campaigns into locally relevant programs that resonate with finance and accounting leaders.
- Identify the right mix of events, campaigns, account-based initiatives, and digital engagement to drive pipeline growth.
- Continuously refine strategy based on performance insights, market dynamics, and sales feedback.
- Drive Results Across Every Sub-Region
- Partner closely with sales leaders across UK & Ireland, Nordics, and Israel to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities.
- Ensure programs support the specific needs of each sales team and customer segment.
- Monitor performance at the country and team level, identifying pipeline gaps or opportunities.
- Deploy targeted initiatives to strengthen underperforming areas while sustaining momentum in high-performing markets.
- Own the Business of Marketing in the Region
- Manage and allocate the regional field marketing budget.
- Prioritise investments based on expected pipeline and revenue impact.
- Track program performance and marketing contribution to pipeline.
- Provide clear reporting and insights to marketing and sales leadership.
- Partner Strategically with Sales
- Work closely with regional Sales leadership to align marketing strategy with commercial priorities.
- Develop programs that support account engagement and accelerate deal cycles.
- Ensure marketing-generated engagement translates into pipeline opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with sales leaders on program impact and performance.
- Lead Regional Events and Market Presence
- Define and execute the regional event strategy across EMEA North.
- Deliver high-impact experiences including industry conferences, hosted events, and executive roundtables.
- Manage vendors, agencies, and event execution across multiple markets.
- Ensure events are aligned to pipeline objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Own Regional Digital Presence and Customer Storytelling
- Partner with global teams to optimise the regional website experience and buyer journey.
- Ensure campaigns are supported by relevant localised content and assets.
- Drive the development of regional customer stories and proof points.
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to surface compelling customer success stories from the region.
- Partner with EMEA Growth Marketing Lead and digital agencies to set the strategy for EMEA North.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience leading field marketing or regional demand generation programs.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth in partnership with sales teams.
- Experience managing regional marketing budgets and evaluating program ROI.
- Experience working across multiple countries or markets.
- BA/BS degree required.
