Job Description Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based therapy for individuals with autism. We serve thousands of children and teens across nine states. WHAT YOU\’LL DO: Provide 1:1 play-based ABA instruction in various settings under BCBA supervision. Assist clients with academic and life skills development. Use company-provided iPad for data collection and reporting. Apply safe handling procedures when working with children, including those with challenging behaviors. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and caregivers. Maintain accurate availability and report cancellations. Participate in team meetings, training, and staff development. Follow all policies, including child safety reporting. Support clinical staff and caregivers through training and observation. Monitor data and assist with reports and program design. Conduct initial assessments with BCBA support. Manage scheduling and report errors. For district-funded clients: collaborate with IEP teams, model behavior intervention, and track progress. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or state licensure. Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science. Enrolled in BACB BCBA coursework or equivalent experience. Pass background checks and TB test if applicable. Availability Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm, full-time. Reliable vehicle, valid license, and insurance. Willingness to commute approximately 45 minutes. Knowledge of iPad and Google Suite preferred. At least 2 years experience with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral principles. Interest in autism field and experience with training/consulting. Excellent communication skills. NOTE ON PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to walk, kneel, crawl, bend, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity for data entry. Good vision and hearing abilities for communication and safety. Willingness to utilize safe handling procedures as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
