Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate Exports and Imports of rental equipment.
- Organize delivery notes for local deliveries such as rentals, sales, and goods for repair and return to suppliers.
- Scheduling deliveries and collections with carriers such as couriers, international and UK freight agents.
- Ensure correct handling of logistics documentation, including export and import entries.
- Organize and handle movements of controlled items and remain up to date with customs and BIS regulations.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers to ensure reliable delivery.
- Handle and organize missing accessories and damage notifications with clients upon rental returns.
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies.
- Maintain internal systems and operational databases for accurate asset tracking.
- Collaborate with all departments to raise and process purchase orders.
- Maintain a professional relationship with both clients and suppliers.
- Support cross‑departmental activities as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
