We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Calibration Engineer to oversee and grow our calibration departments in all our bases. This full-time, onshore-based role is responsible for managing the calibration laboratory and survey sensor calibrations. Ensuring inventory readiness, supporting commercial activities, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Calibrate NOR and customer-owned Subsea Survey and ROV equipment.
  • Monitor data trends to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk reduction.
  • Oversee daily lab operations, documentation, and certification processes.
  • Maintain and develop standards across calibration facilities.
  • Provide training, technical support, and promote professional growth in the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure proper maintenance of lab facilities.

Competence requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong expertise in subsea survey and ROV equipment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
