DEPARTMENT: Stock Team

RESPONSIBLE TO: Stock Manager

PRINCIPLE SCOPE & PURPOSE OF JOB

Ensure all stock data is accurate and up to date across internal systems, customer interfaces, partner platforms, and third‑party warehouse integrations, while collaborating closely with Demand Planning and Logistics teams to support the efficient day‑to‑day running of the business. Receive and process purchase orders from distributors to factories, ensuring all required information is accurately captured while managing full shipment processing, including processing of goods, creation of container cards, and ongoing follow‑up on production status to maintain visibility and control across the supply chain.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keying and processing of customers’ orders.
  • Weekly stock reports to ensure our distributors are getting the most up‑to‑date information.
  • Ensuring stock levels are correct.
  • Cancellations on customer orders due to factory shortages.
  • Responding to stock questions from other departments.
  • Ensuring suppliers stay on track with delivery dates.
  • Communicating with customers on their enquiries via email and occasionally telephone.
  • Importing orders from our system onto container cards that are then used for shipping.
  • Engaging with Demand Planning and Logistics teams to ensure order and stock requirements are met.

Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
