Department Overview: The European Engagement & Support function operates as an extension of Norty’s wider Business Development strategy, focused on developing and strengthening direct relationships with printers and decorators across Europe in alignment with our established UK model. As part of the broader Business Development framework, the department supports the continued endorsement, promotion and growth of Norty brands by delivering relationship‑led engagement, technical product guidance and marketing support. By equipping partners with the right tools, knowledge and resources, the team enables garment decorators to confidently promote and expand Norty brands within their local markets.

About the role: This role provides frontline engagement and account support to garment decorators. You will manage structured relationships with partners, offering ongoing product guidance, education and practical support tailored to their market needs. Working closely with the European Account Manager and the UK Business Development Engagement team, you will ensure consistent brand messaging, product knowledge and partner communication across your territories. Through proactive account management and technical expertise, you will help strengthen partner confidence, encourage product adoption and contribute to sustainable revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of European B2B customers, including garment decorators.
  • Deliver structured digital account management through proactive communication via phone, email, video calls and social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc).
  • Build strong, relationship‑led partnerships focused on support, guidance and long‑term growth.
  • Provide technical product expertise including sizing charts, specifications, decoration suitability and product updates.
  • Coordinate samples, brochures and marketing resources to support customer needs.
  • Support customer onboarding and assist partners in accessing Norty’s digital tools and platforms.
  • Deliver and support webinars, training sessions and educational initiatives, including follow‑up engagement.
  • Combine digital account management with regular travel across Europe to support partners and represent Norty at key industry events (training, exhibitions and trade shows).
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and track engagement activity.
  • Capture and share customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement and market insight.
  • Collaborate closely with the European Account Manager and UK Business Development team to ensure alignment of strategy, messaging and partner support.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and either French or German (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and the ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
  • Self‑sufficient and well‑organised, able to independently plan and manage outreach to customers.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts and maintain consistent quality engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital communication tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
