We are seeking a commercially minded Digital Performance Executive to help scale and optimise digital performance across our portfolio. This role will play a key part in managing paid media activity, improving campaign attribution, supporting digital growth initiatives and strengthening reporting and optimisation processes across the business.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into improvements
- Support attribution, tracking, tagging and reporting across digital channels
- Work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Organised and analytical with strong attention to detail
- Experience with platforms such as WordPress, GA4, HubSpot, SEO tools, AI and marketing automation platforms is highly desirable
