We are humble and genuine in our pursuit of being better everyday. DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW The Brand Team is responsible for driving the creative assets of the brands within the portfolio. Responsible for the development of new products based on current trends and market research along with the creation and management of all creative assets for the brands including creative briefs, coordination of creative agencies and photoshoots. PRINCIPLE SCOPE & PURPOSE OF JOB Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Brand Lead will play an integral role working within a growing brand team. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of brand initiatives and the consistent development of brand identity through brand and product development. Key responsibilities include Leading a portfolio of brands through the product development process from concept through to execution, conducting research to inform brand direction, strategy and positioning, and creating a visual identity for the brand/s to communicate creative vision fit for the printwear industry. The role also involves undertaking market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights, working with factories to develop suitable new products and ranges as well as coordinating photoshoots and providing the marketing team with assets for the brand brochures, websites, tradeshows and online assets. The successful candidate will have experience of leading a brand, be confident in leading brand direction, interpreting trends, range planning, garment development and brand guidelines. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and accurate in their work, with a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and develop within the role.
