Responsibilities:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing various machine types and manufacturers
- Diagnostics, fault finding and carrying out effective repairs
- Workshop maintenance and servicing
- Onsite breakdowns and repairs
- Completing job cards, service reports and maintenance records
- Working closely and interacting well with our other fitters, parts and management
- Looking after tools, equipment, tech and company vehicles
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to a positive and harmonious environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in working on various items of plant, equipment and diesel engined machinery is essential for this role
- Candidate must hold a valid UK driver’s licence for a car
- Holding a minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification is preferable
Additional Information:
- Our workshop is a purpose built facility
- The position is full time Mon‑Sat. Normal weekday hours are 06:30‑17:00. Weekend hours are Saturdays only 06:30‑12:00
