We are excited to be launching a brand-new Chery Cars dealership in Letchworth, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking automotive brand at the very start of its UK journey.
What you will be doing:
- Our Service Advisors are an integral part of our business and one of the most important customer-facing roles across the business.
- Service Advisors arrange for customers' vehicles to be booked in for services or repairs.
- Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/Job cards.
- Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department.
- Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales.
What we need from you:
- We look at what you can do not what you have done, and career progress and training is something we encourage across all our roles.
- Full manual driving licence.
- Experience from within an automotive service department preferred.
- You will be patient and a good listener, with outstanding communication skills both in person and on the telephone.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages.
