What you will be doing:
- Our Parts Team is an integral part of the whole dealership. As one of our Parts Advisors, you will liaise daily with external customers, workshop technicians, service, and sales teams.
- Manage and distribute parts orders from customers and other departments.
- Respond to internal and external parts enquiries.
- Deliver parts daily to the workshop.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes and all relevant documentation.
- Handle, protect and package parts and check, inspect and test incoming, outgoing and stock parts.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience within the automotive sector is essential.
- Computer literate, including MS Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- A manual driving licence would be preferred; but not essential.
