What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and lead the service team, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Provide valuable support and direction to our team of technicians, parts and service advisors.
- Assist in the delivery of full aftersales service to our customers.
- Maximise sales and profitability for the department.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Service Advisor / Service Manager.
- A clear understanding of the roles expectations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, outstanding communication both in person and on the telephone.
- Dedication and commitment to supporting team members.
- A full manual driving licence.
- PC literate including MS Office.
