What you will be doing:
- Market and actively sell group products, to ensure that targeted Sales and profits are achieved
- Update and maintain the group\'s CRM accurately following set procedures
- Contact all customers due for warranty recalls on the manufacturer databases
- Ensure any customer complaints/disputes are handled professionally and swiftly
- Action Lex/1Link booking requests to the agreed procedures and time scales
- Promote sales of accessories and service packages and upsell these products wherever possible, to meet agreed targets.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience working in a call centre or sales role is preferred, motor trade experience would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Computer literate, including MS Office packages
- Some knowledge of the Motor trade would be an advantage
- Be self-motivated, work well with a team, with a flexible approach to work
