Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including social platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Assess candidates against role requirements through CV screening and interviews.
- Provide regular updates to the recruitment management team and hiring stakeholders.
- Represent NRF at career events.
- Ensure effective use of all available tools to advertise vacancies and attract candidates.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, with a strong focus on clear and regular communication.
- Ensure our ATS (Workday) is accurately and consistently updated with relevant recruitment information.
- Manage the interview and assessment process, providing constructive and detailed feedback to candidates.
- Promote inclusive sourcing practices to positively support diversity and inclusion through talent acquisition.
- Maintain regular communication with other business services teams involved in the recruitment process, including HR and People Experience.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through research, networking events, and database insights.
Essential Roles / Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in either an in-house recruitment role or a recruitment agency environment.
- Proven success in sourcing candidates using channels such as LinkedIn, other CV databases, and a range of recruiting strategies, including referrals.
- Ability to engage with and build credibility across all levels of candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Outlook.
- German Fluency is essential for this role.
Desirable
- Experience using Workday as a recruitment ATS.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes across other European locations.
- Understanding of recruitment within a professional services environment.
