You will join the London Commercial Disputes and Investigations team, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of corporate investigations and white‑collar crime matters.

Responsibilities

  • High profile internal and external investigations, often multi‑jurisdictional
  • White collar crime and criminal litigation
  • Sanctions and broader ESG‑related risk matters, including bribery and corruption, fraud, money laundering, human rights and modern slavery
  • Complex commercial disputes, including M&A, joint venture and shareholder disputes
  • Advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on internal and regulatory investigations
  • Supporting significant and often high‑profile criminal and enforcement matters
  • Working closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on complex, cross‑border issues, including sanctions‑related matters

Key Skills and Experience

  • 5–8 years post‑qualification experience in investigations and/or white‑collar crime
  • Experience advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on regulatory and criminal matters
  • Strong experience of internal investigations
  • Exposure to financial crime issues, including reporting obligations
