We are looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Support Executive (PSE) to support the CTFS team. This is a part‑time role (21 hours per week) on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. This role will provide high‑level, hands‑on support to partners and the associate team, working closely with clients, Business Development and wider support functions. The successful candidate will support 1 Partner in the team, and will be a confident individual who enjoys managing competing priorities, takes ownership, and can work at pace with minimal escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing busy diaries with constantly changing priorities
- Handling expenses, billing and disbursement queries
- Managing matter openings end to end, including conflict checks and engagement letters
- Acting as a confident, client‑facing point of contact
- Working closely with BD, supporting marketing campaigns and client initiatives
- Producing and amending documents as needed
Skills And Experience Required
- Organised, proactive and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong judgement and attention to detail, especially with complex information
- Calm and resilient in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to adapt communication style and work collaboratively with others
