This role sits within our central marketing team, driving and supporting marketing activities for the EMEA region. It is part of the wider MBD team which supports delivery of our business development and client strategy. The marketing team is split across two locations – London and Newcastle. We are looking for a talented and ambitious creative professional to join our brand and creative team. This role focuses on the creation of high-quality multimedia content, with a strong emphasis on video editing, motion graphics, animation, and graphic design. Sitting within the marketing function, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver engaging, visually compelling content that supports campaigns, brand storytelling, and client communications. This role requires a strong blend of creative thinking, technical expertise, and design fundamentals. The role will report into the Design Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver high-quality video and multimedia content across digital channels, including social and web.
- Manage full post‑production workflows, including editing, colour grading, audio, and final delivery using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Scope, design and produce motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, advising teams across the business.
- Develop graphic design assets for campaigns and communications, ensuring strong visual consistency.
- Prepare design work for production using Adobe InDesign, including layouts for digital and print collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop engaging visual concepts and campaign assets.
- Manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Provide creative input into storyboarding, scripting, and content planning.
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Keep up to date with latest trends and innovation in video, animation, and digital design.
Advanced Proficiency In
