About The Team
The Learning and Development (L&D) department is part of the People and Culture function, supporting the firm's strategic objectives.
About The Role
You will report to the Learning and Development Operations Team Leader and collaborate with colleagues across Newcastle, London, and globally in EMEA, Australia, South Africa, Canada, and the US.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating core L&D programmes, including travel to London.
- Providing exceptional client service and handling programme-related queries.
- Collaborating with team members for programme execution.
- Managing Continuing Competency Regime requirements.
- Administering psychometric assessments and generating reports.
- Maintaining accurate records in Interaction and LMS, and generating reports.
- Collaborating on training material development with leadership and L&D managers.
- Saving documents to SharePoint and ensuring quality in communications and documentation.
- Organizing internal and external training sessions.
- Updating process notes for efficiency.
- Conducting service reviews with facilities.
- Leading pre and post-course review meetings.
- Providing project updates during team meetings.
- Processing invoices and expenses promptly.
- Supporting team projects and covering for colleagues as needed.
- Engaging in key projects as assigned.

- Experience in event coordination or arrangements.
- Experience in legal or professional services is desirable.
