- The Team
As part of a full service MBD function, the Marketing team assists Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific (EMEAPAC) to engage with their clients and connect with prospects.
The team is responsible for developing our digital marketing strategy, across both technical and content requirements, supporting the firm’s brand enhancement and lead generation activities.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
The role will be primarily focused on helping to build and manage our new corporate website.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and interpersonal skills, collaborating with our teams to optimise our digital experience for brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.
This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager based in London, as part of a team which also includes one other Digital Marketing Executive based in Newcastle.
Other key stakeholders include the wider EMEAPAC MBD team and the global digital marketing team, as well as partners and associates within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of new website: working with colleagues around the world, support the design and delivery of our new website, across content/SEO strategy, analytics and email marketing/CRM integration.
- CRM: work with our CRM system (Inter Action+) and team to cleanse and process data from digital channels, analyse performance, and ensure seamless integration with relevant platforms.
- Data & analytics: Capture and analyse key performance data, using Microsoft Power Platform to build dashboards and flows that generate actionable insights to optimise our marketing and business development activity.
- Blogs, podcasts & webinars: provide support on EMEAPAC’s blog, podcast and webinar strategy, including acquisition, user experience, analytics and lead generation.
- SEO and SEM: help improve search engine rankings and drive traffic and conversion of high-quality leads.
- Microsite design & build: help design and build engaging microsites that generate high performance outcomes with tools like Ceros and Foleon.
- Delivery support: provide day-to-day digital marketing support and guidance to our marketing services delivery team in Newcastle.
- Conversion and lead tracking: Work with our Business Development and Client teams to ensure that our digital marketing activity are generating business leads and are followed up on.
- Future-focused: Keep abreast of emerging technology and market developments and advise stakeholders on risks and opportunities.
- Key Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Technical skills: understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager), Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e. g., SEMrush and Search Console), email marketing software (e. g., Vuture, Mailchimp), data and automation tools.
Skills and experience in reporting/data and utilising Microsoft Power Platform are highly desirable.
- Team player: A strong collaborator that enjoys communicating and being part of a team.
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven observations.
- Campaign management: experience of delivering successful digital campaigns through a multi-channel approach.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
