The Role
The role will be based in Newcastle and report to the Head of Client Matter Intake (CMI).
The team screens new business acceptance for the Firm’s EMEAPAC region for a variety of risks including Legal, Contractual and Commercial Conflicts.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake conflict searches, analysing reports, escalating potential issues for resolution to escalation points.
Take ownership of new business intake matters, carrying out the full risk analysis and liaise with the various stakeholders to the matter, including partners, associates, other Member Firms and communicate the progress of the matter at all stages to the i...
