Our Rotational Development Program (RDP) is a two‑year journey (24 months) designed to immerse you in the core of our Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain organizations. Through multiple assignments across various facilities within the Commercial Segment of the Americas Division, you’ll gain broad exposure to our business, work alongside experienced professionals, and accelerate your career.
Three Focus Areas
- Engineering - Work directly with our engineering teams to support product development, process improvement, and technical problem‑solving. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with manufacturing technologies, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive innovation and performance.
- Operational Excellence - Experience the full scope of our production environments. Collaborate with manufacturing teams, plant leadership, and operational excellence experts to ensure our products are built and delivered to the highest standards. You’ll apply LEAN principles, support Six Sigma projects, and contribute to strategic initiatives like facility planning and site optimization.
- Supply Chain - During this rotation, you will work with our Global Supply Chain team. You will have the opportunity to enhance your logistics, planning, and purchasing skills while optimizing how our supply chain services our production and warehousing facilities. In today’s globalized marketplace, our supply chain professionals are experts at ensuring a steady flow of materials while optimizing our cost structure.
About you
To be a competitive candidate, you will need to be an intellectually curious team player, ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow. We expect you to have an Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations‑related degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Completing degree‑specific internships is desirable. You should have a strong track record of involvement and engagement with on/off campus activities. You must have excellent communication skills, be a self‑starter, motivated, and driven to seek out challenges and find solutions.
