What will I do?

  • Supervise and lead the team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
  • Work together with the team to drive revenue at every opportunity.
  • Ensure all team members have the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to guests.

Is this the role for me?

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House is a 4*, 165-bedroom property, located in Sutton Scotney, just outside Winchester. Our hotel has Scene restaurant and bar & lounge, a terrace, and we offer afternoon tea, private dining and meetings & event spaces as well as a separate Manor House. The leisure facilities include a pool, a gym, steam room, sauna, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
