Job Overview:

Leading by example, you will take a hands-on approach in the kitchen, working closely alongside your team while providing guidance, support, and mentorship. You will ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen pass are prepared to specification, delivered to the highest standards of quality, and presented impeccably at all times.

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
  • Have worked in a hotel environment or in a busy, high volume operation
  • Conference, banqueting & events catering experience would be ideal
  • Quality & standards driven with a keen eye for detail
  • People management experience
  • Strong knowledge of GP, stock control, costs and wastage

Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House is a 4*, 165-bedroom property, located in Sutton Scotney, just outside Winchester. Our hotel has Scene restaurant and bar & lounge, a terrace, and we offer afternoon tea, private dining and meetings & event spaces as well as a separate Manor House. The leisure facilities include a pool, a gym, steam room, sauna, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
