What will I do? This is a pivotal role as you’ll be the first impression a customer will have! You’ll maximise bedroom, meetings and events revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries as well as proactively promoting the hotel whilst meeting client expectations. As well as working together with the event sales team, you will also supervise and mentor the team, ensuring as a team you all smash your targets!
