Leading by example, you will take a hands‑on approach in the kitchen, working closely alongside your team while providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

You will ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen pass are prepared to specification, delivered to the highest standards of quality, and presented impeccably at all times.

Key Skills and Qualities?

  • Previousexperience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
  • Have worked in a hotel environment or in a busy, high volumeoperation
  • Conference, banqueting & events catering experience would beideal
  • Quality & standards drivenwith a keen eye fordetail
  • People management experience
  • Strong knowledge of GP, stock control, costsand wastage
