What will I do?
Leading by example and from the front, you’ll lead an F&B team across all outlets across the hotel, including conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring together as a team you deliver the highest guest service at all times and maximise on revenue at every opportunity!
Is this the role for me?
- Previousexperience within a food & beverage department within a hotel or similar
- People management experience
- Quality & standards driven
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong knowledge on allthingsfood & beverage!
