  • Support supplier capability assessments and new supplier onboarding.
  • Drive early identification and mitigation of supplier-related risks during NPI/NPD phases.
  • Support supplier readiness for pre-production and production builds.
  • Manage supplier-related quality concerns during launch and early production.
  • Support structured problem solving for supplier quality issues under guidance from Senior/Lead SQE.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the supplier base.
  • Support supplier development initiatives aimed at improving process capability and robustness.
  • Collect, analyse, and report supplier quality performance data (PPM, issues, trends).
  • Track and communicate supplier performance and improvement actions.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality teams to embed quality early in the product lifecycle.
  • Act as a confident interface between Norton and its suppliers.
  • Occasional supplier visits may be required, including global travel.

Personal Specification:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or supplier quality-related role.
  • ISO 9001 Auditor qualification.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
