The Role
Our Senior Talent Business Partner plays a critical role in shaping and delivering a high impact, global talent strategy across the UK, EU, and USA. The role blends strategic talent management, workforce planning, and hands-on talent acquisition to ensure Norton attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent in a fast paced automotive environment. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, the role partners closely with executives and HR stakeholders to align workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and hiring strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will balance strategic thinking with operational execution, driving scalable talent practices while fostering a high-performance and engagement led culture across multiple regions. Comfortable, engagement-led ambiguity, able to balance strategy with execution, and confident in influencing across multiple regions and cultures.
