  • Work closely with vehicle design, purchasing, and external suppliers to turn creative concepts into commercially successful products.
  • Own and manage the critical path, ensuring timelines for sampling, specifications, quality standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Support decision-making on materials, trims, construction, and fit to deliver performance, durability, and premium quality.
  • Partner with suppliers and factories to resolve technical challenges and ensure efficient, high-quality development.
  • Oversee sampling, fit sessions, product testing, and final approvals.

  • Organise and manage design and product information for internal reference.
  • Produce detailed product guides to support dealer training and selling.
  • Support the creation of product content for e-commerce and marketing channels.
  • Help ensure product launches are aligned across dealer networks and online platforms.
  • Support product set-up, pricing, and data accuracy across internal systems.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting bestsellers, slower movers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the planning, delivery, and maintenance of seasonal range plans across the Norton portfolio.
  • Track key KPIs including sales performance, margin, availability, and stock levels.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal stock positioning.
  • Monitor sell-through and availability performance across the range.
  • Identify products requiring action, such as replenishment or markdown support, and recommend next steps.
  • Support weekly stock allocation across dealers and warehouses to maintain healthy inventory levels.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in product development and/or merchandising, ideally within apparel, accessories, or lifestyle categories.
